An independent print magazine about coffee, made in Paris.
Still. sits between the technical and the everyday: how coffee is grown, processed, roasted and brewed, and the cafés, cities and people it brings together.
We write for people who work in coffee and for people who simply love it: baristas and roasters, but also city dwellers, designers and curious readers.
Every issue is built around one city. We go there, spend time in its cafés and roasteries, and use it as a way into the wider questions facing coffee today. Our first issue went to Lisbon.
